Firstly Cruz office put out a statement stressing that it was a preplanned trip, with the implication that he had made the plans before the storm hit.

Secondly, Cruz rescheduled his return flight at 6:00am on Thursday morning.

How does a state even elect a senator who just lies, especially when he knows that we know he is lying. It shows utter contempt
