Bolton restructure The Directorate of Global Health Security and Biodefense, it's members went off to other areas of government.

He claims the left attacked, but they were right to claim that the actual decision making and execution structure of the the whole directorate was gone.

One lession to learn about preparation: the opposing party will always claim that you're bloating personnel and spending. BUT that's what's needed to distribute help when the next pandemic crisis comes. End of story. It's not bloat. It's stockpiling. That's what Obama had done.
