00:02
here's a fun one
00:03
a former close friend of madison
00:05
cawthorne told the washington post
00:06
the lawmaker lied about a car wreck that
00:08
partially paralyzed him
00:10
cawthorne's account of the 2014 wreck
00:12
was that a close friend had crashed the
00:13
car in which he was a passenger leaving
00:15
him to die
00:16
in a fiery tomb the friend told the
00:18
newspaper in his first public comments
00:20
about the crash
00:21
that he pulled cawthron from the
00:23
wreckage quote it hurt very badly that
00:25
he would say something as false as that
00:27
that's not at all what happened i pulled
00:29
him out of the car the second that i was
00:31
able to get out of the car
00:33
by the way his parents disagreed with
00:35
his account of the wreck and then he
00:37
would go on to say he doesn't remember
00:39
it
00:40
i would say that if you don't remember a
00:41
traumatic experience like that
00:43
don't assert that another person left
00:45
you to die
00:47
this is just another example go ahead
00:50
john
00:51
well you know you go first we've got
00:52
some more to add to that i just was
00:54
gonna say this is another example of him
00:55
gaslighting the same is when he
00:57
you know was uh assaulting those women
01:00
now he's the victim again he's the
01:04
someone was out there trying to help him
01:05
but he he twists things in his mind
01:07
because he always wants he's a
01:08
narcissist
01:09
and a sociopath apparently i mean he
01:11
doesn't believe he's just making up his
01:13
own reality
01:15
yeah so let's see he claimed that he was
01:16
declared dead after the wreck
01:18
he wasn't the police report noted he was
01:20
incapacitated but it sounds cooler if
01:22
you say that you were declared dead i
01:23
guess
01:24
he also said that he was preparing
01:25
before the crash to start studies at the
01:27
u.s naval academy
01:28
a boast that he made a campaign ad about
01:31
but then they had to admit that he had
01:33
actually been rejected by the naval
01:34
academy before the crash
01:36
because why not lie about every aspect
01:38
of this
01:39
if it helps your political career he
01:42
also by the way
01:44
go ahead what else did he do uh he lied
01:48
for a really long time about the fact
01:49
that he was supposedly training to
01:51
compete in the paralympic olympic games
01:54
and paralympians actual paralympians say
01:56
that everything he said about that is a
01:57
complete joke
01:59
and that he's basically making a mockery
02:01
of what they
02:02
do by claiming that like oh no i was
02:05
totally training i was gonna be in it no
02:06
you weren't you had nothing
02:08
to do with it like i can go for a jog it
02:10
doesn't mean i'm training for the
02:11
olympics that's not how it works
02:12
because the olympics are serious you
02:14
know what else is serious the paralympic
02:16
games you don't get to treat it as if
02:17
it's some sort of joke
02:18
for a campaign ad that some casual
02:21
person like
02:22
banging out a couple miles on a saturday
02:24
is in serious international contention
02:26
that isn't how it works unless you think
02:28
it is a joke
02:31
he does but anyway yeah he
02:34
and and look and they love him they love
02:36
him why because he got elected
02:38
and the first thing he tweeted after he
02:39
get elected was cry more lib
02:42
okay but like you you are you're
02:44
victimizing people you're making a
02:46
mockery of people's uh lives that's not
02:48
libs crying those are your constituents
02:52
god only knows some of those students
02:54
that he violated might be his
02:55
constituents
02:57
and so far he's evaded any real
02:59
responsibility for this and i understand
03:01
trump did a lot of crazy stuff after the
03:02
election marjorie green
03:04
has been really crazy you know who else
03:06
is awful madison cawthorn and let's not
03:09
have that lost in the shuffle
03:11
absolutely and you're right they're
03:13
taking advantage of this sort of trend
03:15
of being
03:15
awful and despicable as being this is
03:18
powerful
03:19
we're going to stand up for ourselves
03:21
nobody's going to go on a witch hunt for
03:22
me
03:23
and you got to be this is back to
03:25
accountability there's there's no
03:27
consequences for this kind of behavior
03:29
and it's disgusting and a lot of people
03:31
are sensitive on how they're going to
03:32
respond to him because he uses a
03:33
wheelchair
03:34
well i you know you still are a leader
03:37
in your community you still have to be
03:39
accountable to your to your constituents
03:41
and
03:41
and here we are a guy who's going to
03:43
continue to victimize himself
03:46
he's going to continue to make boastful
03:48
claims i mean this is the kind of guy
03:49
you already know the frat boy in college
03:51
he goes and takes girls for joy rides
03:52
and tries to
03:53
it's the same mentality trump is a frat
03:56
boy this guy's a frat boy
03:57
marjorie green wishes she was a frat boy
04:00
i don't know what her story is
04:02
but this this guy might be one of your
04:03
garbage people of the week john
04:05
oh i was just going to read actually
04:07
t-minus on twitch says guess what
04:09
cawthorne
04:09
you just made the tdr garbage first on
04:11
the weak pole yeah
04:15
the thing that's going to require a
04:16
little bit of thought though is um for
04:18
our producer
04:19
for which of these things do you put him
04:22
on the list
04:23
because he also is quoted as he was in a
04:25
car ride and multiple people in the car
04:27
ride said
04:28
he loudly started a conversation about
04:30
which race of girls gives the best blow
04:32
jobs
04:34
and it wasn't a rhetorical question and
04:35
he wasn't really curious what other
04:37
people's opinion was
04:38
he just started listing the order he
04:40
thought were best at it
04:41
so just give you an idea of the sort of
04:43
person that this actually
04:44
is that's and i'm sure yes we will be
04:48
talking more about him because
04:50
um if you're if you're a left politician
04:53
like you're an aoc
04:54
you might go in and let's say that you
04:56
wanted more attention
04:58
you would for instance uh propose the
05:01
green new deal
05:02
you would work on legislation for them
05:05
there's nothing like that
05:06
there is only what is the awful thing
05:09
you're going to
05:10
say what are you going to do to get the
05:12
spotlight back on you
05:13
and so that is the game right now that
05:14
marjorie taylor green
05:16
and lauren bober and madison cother are
05:18
going to be playing
05:19
they all want to be the shiniest
05:22
glitteriest
05:22
a-hole in congress and so they're going
05:25
to be competing with each other in a
05:26
race to the bottom
05:27
and it's going to be really disgusting
05:28
along the way this this comes back to
05:32
the right really trying to uh mock
05:35
being politically correct and evolving
05:38
as a society
05:39
and moving past some of the despicable
05:41
things that we turned our heads to
05:44
you know before this is another example
05:46
of them wanting to go back to the good
05:48
old days where you could just
05:49
slap a waitress on the butt or do
05:52
whatever you want
05:53
and there's and there's no consequences
05:55
this is what they want to go back to
05:56
and it's really shocking that a lot of
05:58
women are going up to bat for these
06:01
kinds of men
06:02
because guess what ladies you're going
06:04
to get the short end of the stick
06:07
i'm talking about you crawford we know
06:08
it's the short end of the stick
06:14
also going on the garbage people of the
06:18
weeklist
06:23

disabled people are being given a bad name.

Thank God for Senator Duckworth who seriously earned that status fighting for the U.S. (and never whines.) She is a real hero.

I am fortunate enough not to be wheelchair bound, but I do need to use one sometimes, so I take this crap personally.
