he saw when he arrived home.

May this the be Brian Slanton's nightmare. That his daughter or grand daughter be subject to his law.

His daughter or grand-daughter would not be subject to this law, nor would any daughter or grand-daughter or girlfriend or wife of any Republican legislator or donor, especially if they were white. All Republican women in Texas would be prone to false-pregnancies, see?

(Would that all Republican pregnancies were false.)

White people. They might even consider funding abortions for black and Latinas. At its heart, Anti-abortion is all about race and insuring that this continue to be a white majority of country.

I’m talking about white women in their own families and social circles. These smug and callous hypocrites want everyone to toe the line but will never, ever include themselves or their family members and friends in any of their draconian measures. Draconian measures are for the others.

Thus, if daughter Madison is pregnant and that pregnancy would interfere with whatever else she’d like to be doing, an abortion will be called a “surgical procedure” about which the public will get no more public information.

As for the rest of the women in the state, well, they can go to hell, can’t they?

It’s the Republican way.

Always use "married, conservative, Christian", "married, conservative, ex-youth pastor", or "married, conservative, Republican"

Their "R" constituents seem to pay more attention and relate better to the above terms. Just saying....

So they try to make abortion & miscarriage felonies.

It's an attack on women's rights, & it's also a form of voter suppression (more like elimination) aimed at "liberal" women who would have an abortion. Take away their right to vote.

It's truly evil.

2 spontaneous abortions as abortions. A Doctor too stupid to know that spontaneous abortion is the term for miscarriage. This stupid law will probably kill women for natural miscarriages. And yes, there is such a thing and physical reasons for it.

He submit to a UV-scan of his underwear and a mandatory examination of his testes for life. The testes exam is just for fun and to humiliate him, like forced pap smears and pelvic exams to women...

If he EVER ejaculates into his underwear in any amount - NO EXCPETIONS for wet dreams or erotic temptations, he is immediately guilty of murder and sentenced to death before the next sunset.

And if anyone EVER produces evidence of his participation in any kind of masturbation at any time, he again is immediately sentenced to death and must be hanged before the next sunset.

I DEMAND justice for his wantonly executed sperm cells...and the human genocide he partakes of in innumerable ways.

EDIT - forgot to add...as soon as he is executed for his crimes (day one?), the law immediately is invalidated and can never be reissued.

...there was a law requiring a criminal investigation of all miscarriages. It appears the GOP would really like to implement Decree 770 in the United States.

The worst part of Decree 770 is it caused many Romanian women to really like anal intercourse. Apparently when you’re facing a situation where every form of contraception and every form of abortion is illegal, you’ll turn to sexual practices with no pregnancy risk.

BTW, the coup plotters in Romania legalized both abortion and contraception the same day the Ceausescus were executed. They did it while the soldiers were carrying away the bodies.

The question isn’t: Will conservatives push to enact laws based on the Bible? We are way beyond that. The real questions are: 1. How many more of these laws do they want to impose? And, 2. What will our nation look like if their crusade is successful to bring America’s laws into agreement with “God’s law”?

To some on the right, America is a “Christian nation”—like Saudi Arabia is a Muslim nation—meaning that our nation’s laws should be based on their religious text. These forces aren’t moved by Thomas Jefferson’s famous letter in which he spoke of the need to create, "a wall of separation between church and state.” Nor will they be swayed by citing Ronald Reagan’s words, "Church and state are, and must remain, separate.”

And in the past few years, we have seen pro-life Christian groups successfully lobby State legislatures to restrict access to abortions. They have also raised religious, not public policy, objections to the government funding birth control.

But here’s the alarming thing: These views are no longer the fringe of American politics. They are increasingly become mainstream conservative fare.
