He should go to jail. Other countries send former heads of state to prison. He is guilty of so many crimes he should not escape jail.

He's guilty of offenses we already know about and doubtless many more that we're yet to learn through the numerous investigations taking place. So I guess the headline is confusing, I think it just means that no previous POTUS has ever been criminally charged before so Trump would be the first. Welcome to DU!
