Our local schools set to go back to plan A next week, and now we're right back to pull your kids (white) out of the public schools because of marxist indoctrination. Marxist. Groucho Marxist, maybe.

It's not the Democratic party who's pushing charter schools. It's not the democratic party syphoning money from the public schools to private, evangelical Christian schools. It's not the democratic party preventing the teaching of science or evolutionary biology. It's not the democratic party engaging in revisionist whitewashing of an already white washed history curriculum.

Um, there's no test for that....we only teach what they test anymore. There are no common core standards for teaching how to hate their country. Speaking as a lifelong democrat and secondary teacher, I've never given a lesson in how to hate anyone. I love my country. And the people in it. It's the GOP who claims to love America while hating actual Americans. Seems knowing the country held Black people in shackles makes some folks hate themselves, but they project how they feel about themselves onto others. Classic kill the messenger and ingnore the message.

um, that's exactly what the GOP has been after since Reagan. Wedge issue after wedge issue that's never, ever addressed. Attack the schools, demonize teachers, dumb down curriculum with multiple choice tests designed to spread scores evenly across deciles. It's not democrats up in arms about potatoes, and obscure Dr. Seuss books.
Of course, it's not about the schools, is it? It's about Black people in white space. It's about voter suppression--she makes quite leap to lump HR 1, which protects voting rights. She engages in further projection.
It's time for Fox to stop calling itself News. It's opinion only. Not even much analysis. Just opinion backed with supposition and faulty premises, and slippery use of weasel words and loaded language. Fox propaganda is not based in reality. The FCC or whoever regulates the airwaves has got to delineate news and information from opinion and entertainment. I no longer want any $$ from my direct tv bill to find its way into fox, oan, or newsmax coffers.
