With his experience in both Senate and executive branch, not to mention his compassion for people, Joe Biden is the leader for this time in our history. We're in crisis on two fronts, an international pandemic and the crisis created by 4 years of no responsible leadership, there is an overwhelming job to be done, but he's getting it accomplished in record time.

when Joe Biden announced his candidacy, he was talking about Charlottesville, extremism, and the attack of on our institutions. That was mostly what he meant by the battle for the soul the nation. I thought the time, it was at corny and hyperbolic. I don't anymore.

The outstanding thing about his candidacy and presidency so far is how consistent is. The circumstances have changed - the messaging has not. Joe ends his speeches with 'We are the United States of America. There is nothing we can't do, if we do it together". This is true down to the last jab when we are talking about the virus.

I never thought Joe could be a great president. A competent one, a good one under the circumstances, but not a game changer. I was wrong about that too. I think you would have to go right back to FDR to find a president who turned things around in such a short time.

And there is 'one more thing'. Civil rights and voting rights are under attack in a way not seen since the '60s. President Biden brings as much passion to the cause as LBJ. South Carolina chose him. The times chose him.

I am proud of the campaign we built and ran ... and especially for those moments when this campaign was at its lowest — the African American community stood up again for me. They always have my back, and I’ll have yours.

Amen.

What a difference 60 days make. All of these nuts are on social media. The FBI needs to crack it wide open.

So much of what she said was powerful, including her memories of her family's car being vandalized. Oof.

Also, on edit: Thank God Trump was defeated. This nation could not jettison that piece of trash fast enough. It was four years of racist dog whistling and we're still paying the price for it.
