1. 'Some ways?'

Oh Lucy, where have you been for the last 60-100 years? There is a massive caste system in this country, and it is based on possession of a little green piece of paper. Wild, eh? All that misery and destruction of people and their lives over something similar to what I use to wipe my butt. How sensible is that? We have been buried under a economic caste system for over a century now and those who are on top of it are shrinking, making even fewer people in control of more and more of what is the most important thing in this system. I think that this situation would normally be referred to as a 'monarchy'... or something like that.

2. Money-archy.

Plutocracy. Rule by and for the wealthy. They use any means that they can to keep themselves on top. The favored few promote misogyny, racism, homophobia, xenophobia, etc., ad nauseam to keep us divided and tearing at each other instead of seeing the real problem and banding together to oppose their agenda.

And, they have been successfully doing it for a long time now. (The monarchy thing was a joke, BTW.)
