Joe Biden is publicly vacillating on whether to keep the filibuster to maintain surface relations with the republicans while back-channeling with Senator Schumer to keep the pressure on Manchin and Sinema to blow up the filibuster because, as Jason Johnson said, we will lose '22 and '24 if we don't pass the bills we need to pass—infrastructure, green energy, voting/civil rights, gun reform.

The filibuster definitely has to go.
