I wish more was being said about this, and everyone should be demanding that the CONDITIONS under which something like a legislature overriding the election results ... could be allowed to happen ... are clearly spelled out.

It absolutely CANNOT BE (allowed) that a state legislature can just simply decide to up and take a vote as to whether they 'approve' of the election result, based on ... nothing but 'we feel like it'.

But I've not heard anybody explain what those conditions are in these bills, so I'm afraid that's what these shitstain RePuQ's are setting up for themselves ... no restrictions on the conditions under which they can overturn our votes.

I feel like our side should be jumping up and down, hair on fire about THIS part of these bills, and there should be much more discussion overall about this. But I seem to hear very little about it.

We cannot wait until after an election to fight this bullshit.

They are basically saying that if "their side" doesn't win, the election isn't valid. So what is the point of voting at all? Like you said, there should be "hair on fire" about this provision, that's the way elections turn out in dictatorships like North Korea and the former USSR - whose leaders are the ones Trump sought to emulate and are not our allies in this world.
