USA! 🇺🇸 USA! 🇺🇸
These Oklahoma elementary students lined the hallway & chanted “USA” to celebrate cafeteria manager Yanet Lopez after she passed her test to become a U.S. citizen. Prairie Vale Elementary says becoming a citizen was a dream for "Ms. Yanet” who moved from Cuba.

I was almost afraid to look at the thread, considering the usual way "USA!! USA!! USA!" is used.

Some years back I was in the checkout line of a grocery store. The man in front of me said to the woman sacking his groceries, "I understand you've become a citizen." She nodded. He said, "Great. We need more people like you." I thought that was a wonderful thing to say to a new citizen.

That all the racists that you see all over the Nation, couldn't pass the U.S. Government/Civics test she had to pass to become a citizen. NO SHIT.....

When I talk to people, I am constantly appalled by their lack of knowledge on Civics, and/or political matters in general.

One question, though. Is the "one dry foot" policy no longer in force?" It would have easily slipped by these old eyes.
