He won't wear glasses and he can't see without them.

I believe he used to sign executive orders that were blank, and they printed the text on the sheet (whatever the bill is supposed to say) later. That way he could never sign in the "wrong" place. But this meeting took place in Argentina where they made no provision for stroking Chump's ego. So once again he looked like a fool.
