Here's the thing. Assuming they were all consenting adults, I have no real issue with what they did. Unwise, unsavoury? Sure, but my sense of civil and personal liberties extends that far.

The "harm" comes in the form of a lessening of moral authority to near zero on their part. They no longer get to look down their noses at, or waggle their fingers in the faces of people they use to posture as being morally inferior, thus untrustworthy.

It is incorrect grammar, it hurts my ears, it makes Democrats appear uneducated and careless. The subject of a sentence does NOT deserve celebration when the word "at" is placed, INCORRECTLY, after the word, "where", in that sentence. This is the rule no matter the font used or any exclamatory punctuation desired. Nor does the day of the week or mood of the writer change the plain truth that such disregard for correct grammar is like a window into the writer's mind, revealing as much as any declarative statement about said mind.

12. My brothers thought it was pathetic to pay for sex

The topic came up in conversations we had when we were teens, maybe fewer filters, fewer boundaries.

Anyway, they both said they'd never pay for sex, it felt demeaning that if they weren't valued for what they offered without money.

I'm 68 now. Brothers are long gone. I am not as judgmental now as I have been in the past, but if these guys have to pay to have sex, how can they be seen as having the strength of will to lead?
