It seems to me if the prosecution or defense introduce some theory out of the blue, you should be able to have an opportunity for rebuttal.

I don't understand carbon monoxide level do they think that's what killed him???? We all saw what we saw Chauvin's knee was on his neck for 9 min and 26 secs.

IF it was the carbon monoxide that killed him, then we must ask how he became exposed to such a concentration of that extremely dangerous gas?
Is it perhaps because his head was held in a stream of car exhaust until he died?
Still murder.
