3. This is great lunchtime veiwing.

I'm eating an open faced quesadilla - or Mexican Pizza as I like to call it.

Large tortilla, layer of homemade black bean dip (sauteed onions, lots of garlic, cumin, and black beans - heated up then hit with a boat motor blender), hot taco sauce, shredded cheese, and pickled jalapenos.

Tossed in a 375 degree oven on a pizza pan until the cheese is bubbly.

Most times I'll add grilled chicken thighs, ground beef, or quinoa - but today's a light version.

5. This sounds like the secret to dieting may have been found.

Find or invent something that makes you feel full! Maybe some ingredient in pot. That would be great! Get high and full at the same time, with one toke! What a great money maker!
