There are way more Blacks, Hispanics, Asians, and Pacificans to staff every PD in America! Hey, maybe you could even hire a few of us Redmen for the task!

What do they do if not police officers?
Toxic males need to be reprogrammed otherwise the toxic personality is still there.

This is a police training and recruiting problem. Departments need to refuse to reinstate bad cops regardless of what the union says. We The People are the ultimate bosses here, not the police departments or the unions.
