1. Kids with Cancer and other health issues wear masks also and have done so even before Covid

2. That does make sense, school is usually the place where kids pick up illnesses

My parents sent me to a private school for my first year, but moved me to public school after that since they didn't think the tuition was worth it since I got sick so often. I do remember getting mumps.

And here in New York, masks are required everywhere in public and that includes kids. I've see them getting off the school buses in my neighborhood, even the little ones, all wearing masks. But covid is still out there, just read in the local paper today that a nearby school district is shutting down sports and curtailing extracurricular activities, undergoing yet another quarantine because of covid again.
