Al Franken: How Crisis Intervention Training Improves Policing and Saves Lives (April 28, 2021)

In the Senate, Al funded Crisis Intervention Training, which teaches Cops how to recognize a situation fueled by mental illness and/or addiction and how to handle it. A few stories about cops NOT killing people.
