1. I'm starting to think we should lay off on Lindell.

He really does come across as someone who's got problems beyond being a right-wing crank. I don't know there's lingering damage from his drug addiction or some other issue, but I'm actually beginning to feel a little bit sorry for him. Making fun of him almost seems unfair.

The problem isn't that he's saying crazy things. Lots of people say crazy things. The problem is that influential people either take him seriously or have found use for him to push their agenda. If it wasn't for Trump, he'd never be getting this sort of attention.

But he is an example of being a Trump cultist and serves as such with ridicule and diversion. He's become the ranting uncle kept in the attic.
