First Lady and call it the state of Martha.

We could also make it so the residents of DC and Puerto Rico are exempt from Federal taxes, along with anyone else that can't vote or are prevented from voting or didn't have their vote counted. "No taxation without representation" should be used for every citizen that is prevented from voting or not having their vote count. I'd call it the Right to Vote Law.
