There is no such thing as the GOP anymore and neither is there any chance of their redemption. They are gone!

“Everybody thought Hillary Clinton was unbeatable, right?” House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-CA, said in an interview with Sean Hannity of Fox News. “But we put together a Benghazi special committee, a select committee. What are her numbers today? Her numbers are dropping.”

down in Mar-ma-lardo now, can we?

His psychosis is always on the minds of Congressional republicans. Tramp sees all the litigation coming his way, and his sphincter keeps tightening more each day. He longs for the days he once had when his personal attorney, Bill Barr, could shut all that stuff down with the flick of a pen.

The tragedy in Benghazi was more than a little bit due to generally inadequate embassy security. Perhaps the massive slashing of the security budget exacerbated that, just a tad. They are unbelievable.

Yet, sadly believable, because there it all is....happening right before your eyes.

How craven does one have to be, after an assault on one's own person, to "move on" and desire no action be taken against the perp? We'll ignore, for the nonce, that this was not just an assault on their own persons, but also on the government they form part of, and the Constitution they swore to defend.

It's as if, after 9/11, we had told Mr bin-Laden "No big deal."

The GOP are enemies of the people.
They serve absolutely no purpose in government at all.

Let me be clear, there was no insurrection,” said Rep. Andrew Clyde (R-GA), who described people behaving “in an orderly fashion” in TV coverage he’d seen of the event. “You would actually think it was a normal tourist visit,”
