Joe Manchin is holding up. The Governor of WV a Trump supporting Republican is more supportive
of things that will help the state than Manchin. Maybe get Gov. Jim Justice to publicly support it.
Everyone in WV complains about their bad roads. Justice pushed thru an infrastructure plan in WV for
$2.8 billion dollars himself. Would have to run them on Fox to get them seen.
