4. Psaki is great and you're right abot the stupid questions from stupid women

That's definitely intentional.

Perhaps medical science will progress enough over the next couple of centuries that every unwanted pregnancy can be sucked out and maintained in an artificial environment, enough to populate a whole new network of orphanages, a future growth industry, but it's not there now and questions like that one are really, really stupid and should be deflected and dismissed.
