Also TPP BUT I don't see any other choice. I know rmoney would destroy America quickly. That's why I am still voting for Obama with hope he does not cut Medicare or SS.

In the past O has demonstrated to me that he will take the path of least resistance unless he fears reprisal from his supporters like myself.
What does he have to fear after the election?

But what do we have to fear if he is not reelected. I prefer to work on Obamas agendas after he is elected.

12. here are some of the agendas we thought we were supporting back in 2008

-Ending foreign wars that kill innocent people
-Restoring the rule of law and prosecuting criminals
-Affordable Health Care for all
-Environmental protection
-Protection of our liberties (after all Obama was a law professor right?)

what we got were

-Expanded war in Afghan, Libya, and other African nations. Withdrawal from Iraq is commendable but the military presence was replaced by private contractors. Looming war with Syria and Iran.
-Obama appointed corporate cronies from his top contributors to key federal positions. Neither criminals from the Bush admin nor corporate criminals have been prosecuted.
-Americans will be legally required to buy corporate health insurance and rates will skyrocket.
-Despite posturing, Obama caved on Keystone. Environmental protection is no better now then it was under Bush.
-The NDAA finishes off the Bill of Rights. It was passed just in time to frighten the OWS movement and other justice movements internationally.

This is the reality. I agree that Obama is a lesser evil compared to Romney but there is also the counter-argument that Obama is also more EFFECTIVE evil. He is more effective evil because the liberals who would oppose these policies remain silent.

By not voting Romney will be elected. If you haven't been able to improve things in the last 4 years with Obama, the next 4/8 with Romney will be many times worse. SCOUS judge changes, more corporate control of the government, environmental laws gone, and I could go on.

then you're not part of the solution.

The NDAA (and its predecessors) essentially shreds the Bill of Rights. At this point, we have no protection from search and seizure, no privacy protection, and we can be arrested at any time. What good is freedom of speech if the government you are protesting can arrest you and ship you offshore without trial?

Hoping Obama won't cut Medicare and SS is worth giving up your basic rights?

I've done this before, the White House has been very cordial with a timely response to me.
I know one thing. "O" is not going to check the DU board for direction...

so only trolls support the Bill of Rights?

Those of us who value freedom will need to start a Troll party?

You do get one thing right....war IS a racket.

How do you plan to change anything in the 20 something days left?

What are you doing to change things? Let me know, maybe I can do something BUT I will not vote for Romney and a non vote is exactly that.
