Dr. Anthony Fauci said Wednesday on CBSN that there are two "troublesome" things about the COVID-19 Delta variant: that it is capable of spreading more efficiently from person to person, and that it can cause more serious disease. 2. It's beyond me why they're not convinced by the death toll so far!

I was terrified when we were hearing about the huge death toll in the beginning, got vaccinated as soon as it was possible, and I'm still not all that comfortable going out where a lot of people are, like many stores. And now it's tourist season here in Northeastern New York and they're out and about as usual. The other day I drove down the main road that goes through the Village of Lake George - and it already looks like it has every other summer, the streets are packed with crowds of tourists. And not a mask in sight.

5. There was some male trio that performed locally that my Dad took us to see

I believe he knew the guys. I was pretty young so I'm not sure of the name and there's no one I can ask now (though I could try my brother who remembers everything), but I'm thinking they were listed as among those who performed on Hootenanny, they were really good.

8. I given up caring for people choosing not to take the vaccine.

(unless to ppl who are medically not advised to take it.)

I feel bad for kids not eligible too.

I'm at the point if the unvaccinated want to get sick and die and put their family through this misery, go ahead and let them pay for it.
There is no convincing some people and I'm too frustrated to care about those selected ppl anymore.
If the unfortunate happens and new variant comes to produce, I'll be locking down and wait to get the booster. The virus will eventually get the unvaccinated at some point.
