They just weren't brought up to be decent people. Then again, their parents weren't probably decent people either and neither were their parents.

Maybe the party that claims to have 'family values' should be required to participate in a study to see what values they're preaching? Because if it's lying, cheating, stealing, grifting and such, maybe they should be required to say so.
