Donald Trump's rally speech in Florida was awful, and was full of not only hatred but also his severe cognitive decline, and lies. Trump also admitted openly that he and his business have committed tax crimes.

All this shows a broken man with a desperate audience.

4. Yes he's been talking this way for a long time

... even before the 2016 campaign and election. However the media kept editing the tapes and interviews of Chump to make him sound mentally balanced. The reporters who covered his campaign speeches would make Chump seem coherent in their write-ups, even though the speeches were all word salads and incomplete sentences. It was a media cover-up of epic dimensions.

Once Chump got into the White House, reporters and White House staffers continued to rewrite his incoherence whenever they could. Now there's nobody doing that, and his gibberish is right out there for everyone to witness.

“With this Liberals, it’s like they want to replace the statue of Thomas Jefferson with a statue of Al Sharpton.” And that may be what his speech writer (does he have one?) wrote. But trump is so addled that he screw it up, makes it sound as if he believes its a real plan -- and his audience sort of laughs because they are unsure whether its true or not.
