Citizen Donald Trump announced what he calls a class action lawsuit against Facebook, Twitter, and Google, alleging he has been "wrongfully censored." While legal experts don't think the suit will hold up, Trump is already fundraising off of the lawsuit. Dr. Jason Johnson is joined by NYU law professor Melissa Murray and The Nation's Joan Walsh to discuss why the suit is likely just for show and the latest in the Trump Organization criminal probe. 1. It's only a free speech issue if the government is putting you in jail for it.

It's amazing how many blowhards out there don't get that.

As for Dumdum's suit, if he ever actually did anything but announce it, he would get laughed out of court so fast his hair plugs would come loose.

I don't know that any of his kids will flip. Ivanka does have the most to lose by sticking by daddy, but Junior's the one who's looking close to cracking up completely.
