He is from an area about 50 miles west from me. It has been refreshing to hear his voice with that East Tn drawl saying the things that others in the South need to hear. Tennesseans seem to pick the absolute worst politicians. As long as there is an R next to the name they will vote for them. Tim McGraw has flirted with running for Senator here. I really wish he would. He has no govt experience, but anyone is better than Marsha.
