Donald Trump won the 2024 CPAC straw poll with 70 percent. During the event the former president continued to lie about what happened in the 2020 election. Aired on 07/11/2021.

2. That's the thing, even though he's no longer in office, he still shows up on the news everyday

And I can't really blame the legitimate news since even supposedly nonpartisan sources have surprised me with their negative comments about TFG - and he is still out there making news which could affect the country (in a negative way) so I can't really blame them for reporting it. And no surprise that he refuses to observe precedent and keep a low profile after he's out of office - since he insanely refuses to believe that he lost "bigly." And that is newsworthy in itself.
