Related: About this forumJudges ACCUSE Trump of MURDER in TROUBLING Report - Christo Aivalis
Donald Trump has been blamed by judges for the violent actions of his supporters, who are still risks to do more awful things because of Trump's lies. This shows that Trump continues to be a main threat to democracy and public safety.

(3,389 posts)Vincent Bugliosi sent Manson to jail, not because he executed the murders personally, but because he was the mastermind of the assassinations, he planned it, and thus he was as culpable as those who committed the crimes. It is in his book "The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder" that Bugliosi lays out the blueprint for GW's prosecution, and he uses the same law that was used against Manson to lay out the process.

In this book he explains how GW Bush, Chaney, Powel, Rumsfeld, et al are guilty of all the murders in Iraq, mainly of the USA soldiers. I am not a lawyer but I have to believe that the same can be applied here against trump, Rudy, Don Jr, Stone, etc., all who incited the mob and those who participated in the planning of it, they are all guilty of the murders and the deaths that occurred on January 6, 2021 during the insurrection of the Capitol, and let us not leave out the fact that they are guilty of treason as well.

(3,389 posts)I am just wondering if, and this would not be only on trump's head, but all those republicans and conspiracy trolls about the vaccine should be held accountable for any deaths their misinformation may have and will cause.
I ask that because I am puzzled that no lawyer, or journalist has brought that up, there are laws that castigate that criminal behaviour, it is like telling people that it is safe to jump off a 10th floor and then people listening to that person and jumping to their deaths, the person who convinced the victim to jump would be guilty of murder, I don't see the difference with COVID denialists pushing people to believe their rhetoric.

(8,042 posts)After the 2000 sElection, Bugliosi also wrote an excellent article (for The Nation) called, "None Dare Call It Treason." It then became a small paperback book with additional information called, "The Betrayal of America."
I went through that book like a law student. I highlighted, ear marked, and wrote in the columns. I wish to Hell I knew where it was.

Golfcart von Bodybags is at least responsible for negligent homicide...
