because that's what Republican males think women are for.

Going after the convenient disappearance of large amonts of debt--twice--should have been the focus all along.

These 3 injustices were all Mercer picks. Whether or not those two are the ones who made his debts (reportedly from gambling) vanish, is anyone's tuess. Kavanaughs finances should have been examined very closely. Instead, he pretty much skipped the vetting process while the Democrats got bogged down in what a vicious prick he was in his 20s.

He's the most vulnerable of the 3 rotten picks McConnell rammed through.

At Kavanaugh hearing the emphasis was on Dr. Ford’s testimony, when it should have been Senator Patrick Leahy’s questioning Kavanaugh about his finances. The spotlight was on Dr. Ford, but then Sen. Graham chimed in with his faux outrage about Dems denegrating the character of Kavanaugh, and, poof, Dr. Ford’s testimony evaporated. The “he said/she said” testimonies don’t work when it comes to Supreme Court nominees.

Dems were hot on the trail when it came to Kavanaugh’s finances — they should have led with that. Not to mention the whole Justice Kennedy surprise retiring from the bench to install his law clerk Kavanaugh, in exchange for favors given by Kennedy’s son, Anthony, who worked for Deutche Bank, and gave loans to Trump, when no bank would.

Problem was, Dems had an elderly Leahy do the financial questioning to Kavanaugh. Leahy’s delivery was hard to hear and understand, and so this opportunity was lost.

and I wanted to march in there and bang their heads together while screaming "Stop thinking with your dicks!"

They had a perfect chance to torpedo that asshole's nomination and they blew it. They also did a disservice to Dr. Ford, opening her life up and making her vulnerable to attack from every Chump and crazoid out there.

found to have lied in his confirmation hearings, or to have committed past crimes, isn't there a statute of limitations regarding charges? Is it possible to remove a SC Justice?

to prevent an investigation.

Most crimes have a statute of limitations, except murder, which has none.

So Kavanaugh can be investigated, but I wonder if he can be charged.

While he may not get prosecuted for his crimes they still could theoretically be used to impeach and remove him from the court.

Though certainly the debt issue was never investigated, at least not publicly reported as such.
