House Republicans balked at participating in the House committee that's investigating the January 6 insurrection on Wednesday after House Speaker Nancy Pelosi rejected two of the five Republicans House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy had tapped for the panel.

2. Ahh, poor McCarthy...

He just can't figure it out. The Democrats gave him the chance to do the patriotic thing through bipartisan means. When that was rejected, Pelosi gave him the chance to take the investigation seriously and appoint people that wouldn't make it a clown circus. Now that his clown circus won't happen he's trying to play the victim. McCarthy is someone with something to hide and he's being out smarted right in front of the whole world. These crooks better show up when they are subpoenaed.
