6. I looked it up...The cop who kicked and the other cop have been removed from duty..

There is a procedure they have to go through. The first steps have been taken.. I really don't know
the next ones, but he will be fired according to the rules...(at least I think he will be fired)

is there such a thing as "CITIZEN'S JAIL" and citizens trial, citizen's sentencing and citizen's prison? Who actually has the civil authority around here anyway?
