1. Excellent presentation of information about the crime of treason

I’m grateful for the reminder: Treason is a rare charge in American jurisprudence. It’s rare because the framers intended for it to be rare. Just because an unwashed incel and racist, anti-semitic authoritarian denounces the rightful government of the U.S. and seeks to overthrow the elected government does not mean he’s a traitor.

It means he’s a criminal whose crimes will be determined by the prosecution and the courts.

But, in reality, he’s just a craven jackass with his lips planted firmly on the butt of an aged sufferer from dementia and other mental weaknesses -- yeah, Loser-45, I’m talking about you.
