I remember that sugar cube like it was yesterday.
Wouldn't it be nice if we could dispense the Covid vaccine that way? I wonder if it would help? I'm afraid we are finding out what a bunch of idiotic contrarians we share the world with. I just don't get it. But I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

(206,247 posts)I remember getting vaccines when I was a kid in school - right at school! And a few years ago I took my friend to get the MMR vaccine when she returned to college. She wasn't allowed to attend classes unless she got it. And The Carter Center's most important work now is working to eradicate preventable diseases in other countries. I remember getting that sugar cube, too, and I don't enjoy getting a shot, but I just don't watch. Since when has preventing deadly disease become politically controversial??
