(2,343 posts)no doubt, from the same group of political consultants making a few bucks in Ukraine. The Taliban is evil. Not the "Republicans are always evil" type, but rather "the Taliban beat women who show their hair or the Taliban who beat women who go out without a male relative to the Taliban who throw gays from tall heights to the Taliban who whips those who like an occasional tipple." Take your typical Republican, conservative, or Libertarian, multiply him by 50, and you'll get an average Taliban. The Taliban making appearances the last two days in Kabul are NOT long-term Talibans. They are facades of what we will soon see. They are old-school in sheep's clothing.
