Plastic bricks in Kenya - NZAMBI MATEE - Young Champion of the Earth 2020 for Africa

Bricks would probably have less erosion than pavement. Sounds like a good idea to recycle plastics to eventually build housing.

But, this could be a better end cycle use for the accumulated plastic trash than reselling to producers for regrind.

Great application of mature technology that can be repurposed to produce building products. This could be a viable alternative to 4 x 8 x 16 in concrete pads. Finishing for the US market would need to be improved....but it has a huge potential.

Having been to Kenya, I can verify that they have both a garbage and a housing problem. This addresses both.
