Newsweek just reported, based on the upcoming book Peril by Bob Woodward and Robert Costa, about a January 5 "war room" meeting that included Steve Bannon, Rudy Giuliani, Donald Trump and others. At the meeting, Steve Bannon reportedly uttered the following phrase: "it's time to kill the Biden presidency in the crib." This statement, together with other statements and conduct by Bannon, should earn Bannon a marquee spot on the inevitable seditious conspiracy indictment.

1. Nice sensationalism, but where are the indictments.

If they bide their time, maybe they can indict the fascist lush in time for the mid terms.

is likely to land anyone in jail.

It'll be nice if they sell a lot of books - but putting somebody into the federal docket (much less jail), is quite a different thing.
