Ex-White House aide Omarosa Manigault Newman authored an unflattering book about Donald Trump titled, "Unhinged: An Insider's Account of the Trump White House." Trump asserted that Manigault Newman violated a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and Trump filed a complaint with the American Arbitration Association. Arbitrator T. Andrew Brown just ruled that the NDA drafted by Trump's people was "highly problematic", "did not adhere to typical legal standards" and was "vague, indefinite, and therefore void and unenforceable." It's unclear which of Donald's Trump's "best people" drafted the unenforceable NDA.
