His tell is that fake laugh. He thinks it says “Oh, this question is so stupid.” It actually says, “Oh, shit. Don’t ask me that. I have no answer.”

Threw his interrogator off subject with "whatabout HIV". Debate tip: don't let opponent change the subject, call them out directly stating they are using avoidance technique and rephrase the question. When opponent repeatedly plays dodge the bullet, audience gets really turned off.
When interrogator here started debating HIV with Tuck, he fell for Tuck's trick.
