(12,598 posts)Looking back, after crossing the Rebicon, they know know the lie of those blighted lands. Schmidt and the never-trumpers didn't just burn their bridges, they called tsar bomba grade nukes in and vaporized them.

(258,645 posts)The best anti-TFG rant I ever heard was an early appearance by Steve Schmidt on Nicolle Wallace's show, I was pretty impressed. And of course, Nicolle Wallace is another one, she worked for Bush* and still speaks fondly of him, but has said that the turning point for her was the nomination of Sarah Palin. And she now speaks out vehemently against TFG each and every day. Bill Kristol is another one, I never thought I'd want to hear what he had to say, but he's now a regular anti-TFG spokesman on MSNBC - along with former RNC head Michael Steele. Unfortunately, as good as they are, they're usually preaching to the choir.

We need to chip away at this cancer with 10,000 chisels, and when fissures appear whack them harder. Heaven help us if we don't hold at least one chamber of Congress in 2022 and 2024
