Jeffrey Clark Violates Congressional Subpoena but w/Steve Bannon Still Unindicted, Will it Matter?

Former Department of Justice official Jeffrey Clark, one of the people who joined Donald Trump's efforts to overturn the results of the presidential election, appeared pursuant to a House select committee subpoena but refused to testify. Although Representative Bennie Thompson, Chairman of the select committee, promised aggressive action to enforce the subpoena, the committee is being hamstrung by the DOJ.

1. Sure, why should Clark do appear when Bannon is being wandering around unindicted.

As far as he is concerned Congressional subpoenas are toothless.

11. I believe they are in the process of an ethics investigation with the state licensing

boards pf each of those lawyers requested by the judge, who sent the referral. Anyone can file an ethics complaint against them and this is a clear breach of ethics.

because they think him a loose cannon and they don't know what he's got? Make any sense?

They still haven't announced any results from the RNC/DNC bomb suspect case. Hmmm. See there are lots of parts to complete in such a large widespread investigation.
