It took me a minute to decide on posting a cooking segment, but it's Chef Andrés and he intends to feed the world!

We had a farewell dinner with my cousins at a fancy restaurant in Siracusa, where the fish was buried in salt before baking and it was the most delicious fish I had ever eaten. So when I got home, I would prepare fish that way in the office microwave and it came out flaky and tender, and didn't stink up the lunchroom.

And it sure sounds like a better and easier method than the way the cookbooks recommend.
