It took me a minute to decide on posting a cooking segment, but it's Chef Andrés and he intends to feed the world!

We had a farewell dinner with my cousins at a fancy restaurant in Siracusa, where the fish was buried in salt before baking and it was the most delicious fish I had ever eaten. So when I got home, I would prepare fish that way in the office microwave and it came out flaky and tender, and didn't stink up the lunchroom.

More restaurants should use this method, should cut down on the calories, too.

And it sure sounds like a better and easier method than the way the cookbooks recommend.
