blacks are convicted in similar situations. I wasn't following this trial that closely but I like Legal Eagle's videos and happened to watch this one.

I wasn't following the trial closely, either, but I know there have been a lot of arguments, even here.

Kyle deliberately put himself in a position where he thought murder was ok.

I guess . . . children should not be allowed to play with guns?
