3. That's really something to comment about a sketch

by a talented liberal comedian and satirist. Brent Terhune resembles a lot of people, in the US and Europe including relatives and associates of mine who are the very opposite of racist shooters. Ugly stereotying.

And/or satire. But, now that you mention it, what is parody or satire if not playing on stereotypical behavior? If anything, By today’s standard, it gets harder and harder to make it look like hyperbole. Just ask the onion and Borawitz.

Not sure what you mean by that. Just pointing out, what to me, was a similarity in looks. Brent does lampoon these types of people so it’s probably an occupational hazard.

He did miss though they tell them they're hired before the interview and then load on the BS that leverages low wages after the fact. No one is sure when the legal knot is tied - when the employee accepts the job, signs the paperwork digitally or on actual paper, or shows up for work. Employers seem unaware how confused potential employees are by the multiple stages and repeated congratulations, and of course no one in authority is answering any questions likely because they have no idea. Their instructions are to get the bodies in the door, nothing else matters.
