(24,751 posts)Law enforce can do that the parents can do that. All school officials can do is ask the child to empty the backpack and clearly they should have done that.

(8,019 posts)He posted on social media about his urges to shoot people at his school and ended it with "help me". He was reaching out and nobody was there. As sick as he was the question becomes why didn't the parents take him in for an evaluation. Too many missed signals.
