I love her, but I don't think she's aware of the who the general American audience is.
IF Americans in general are her audience at all, she needs a more skilled production crew.
Because as it stands, this video is only for the in-house Democrats.
The presentation is simply too long for a broad audience. Terms are unclear.
Overall, it looks like a one-take rough draft video that needs tight editing, or the info won't sink in.
What gets in the way of her adult brilliance is the cutesy stuff about colored pens, her drink, arranging her hair -- not to mention chat speed mode she's using as if talking to pre-teens.
It's tough out here, and working class voters just need information.
Dressing like an adult budget expert and legal professional, even with just a jacket on -- and less California girly (it's late Fall December, for heavens sake -- would help make her presentation look straightforward and business like. Just because opponents will criticize everything we do regardless, doesn't mean we give up looking like the adults in the room.
Because in content and presentation, everything congressional Democrats do -- governance, communications to the nation -- has to be in campaign mode. Like it or not, congressional Democrats need to be in campaign mode until we win in 2022.
