If artificial intelligence were ever to reach the stage of "self-awareness," and killer robots did dominate the world's armed forces then we could be having a glimpse of the next evolutionary sweepstakes winner.

(13,003 posts)the" U.S." opposes a Ban on them, is because our Military Industrial Complex has already developed and is testing them..
I think U.S. citizens know about maybe one one thousandth of what is going on in the shadows.
And as my son once said: "And I doubt we would want to know......."
