These chemicals are not 'toxic'
Very few of the vast number of compounds of the PFA class ... are even suspected (let alone proven) to be harmful to animal/human life at all, actually.
Aside from radioactive stuff obviously, the reason most things stick around 'forever' ... is because they're intrinsically inert.
